The Lumus team in Knox private hospital is looking for a full time receptionist working flexible shifts between 6:30 am - 10:00 pm, weekends and public holidays included. Providing customer services to patients and support to referring doctors this role is the first point of contact for all patients.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Customer service and care
- Driving the delivery of high-quality reception services
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients referees, staff and managers
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management
- Medicare billing and banking
