**About the role**:
As a key member of a caring and supportive team, you will provide personalised care to our customers, making a positive impact by ensuring their physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
Using your experience and skills you will also administer medication, provide basic wound care and documentation of care, BGL management and at all times advocate for the customer.
Multiple part time positions rostered up to 35 hours per week, must be available to work afternoon shift 3.00pm - 10.45pm.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Certificate IV in Aged Care with Medication Module “HLTHPS007 - Administer and Monitor Medications” (or employer deemed equivalent)
- Experience in and/or interest in aged care
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to satisfy documentation of resident’s care
- An empathy and commitment to the care of the elderly
- Availability to work all shift requirements, including weekends
- An understanding of Work Health and Safety issues
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team
- Current First Aid Certificate
