**About the Role**:
This casual position supports our events team by preparing, maintaining and delivering safe events to a high standard and assisting the business with operational duties and tasks. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and self-driven Venue Operations Officers to assist in preparing the setup and pack down of events at our facility.

**Key responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Set up and pack down events according to Event Plans and Standard Setups
- Adhere to Operational Risk guidelines and Standard Operational Procedures
- Assist in venue changeovers in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide operational support during events
- Liaise with supervisors, coordinators, and managers regarding event and general duties
- Ensure compliance with workplace guidelines, procedures, and legislations
- Assist operations team to ensure setups and pack downs are completed safely and to a high standard
- Help with general maintenance, placement, and movement of equipment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster is a must for the role including mornings, evening and weekends
