**Do you have;**
- Good knowledge of Metro, Hills and Greater Adelaide areas (essential)
- Experience and or knowledge of the transport industry.
- Have strong Communication skills, highly organised with a high attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a timely and effective manner.
- Be self-motivated and able to work efficiently unsupervised.
- Have strong problem-solving abilities.
- Have a high level of general administration experience.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality, an ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.

**About the role**
You will perform a variety of administration duties across all facets of our businesses with a major focus initially on Scheduling.

**Responsibilities / Duties**
- Prioritise work and managing schedules in a volume environment.
- Monitoring job progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure all jobs are completed on time.
- Coordinate and maintain WHS systems and facilitate training, induction, policies, standards, and procedural requirements.
- Coordinate worksite WHS compliance instructions eg: risk assessments, JSA’s, SWMS etc. And ensure all field staff inductions are current & compliant.
- Working with our existing team and scheduling systems to identify areas of improvement, to develop strategies to increase efficiency and liaise with clients to organise routine services. Previous scheduling experience preferred but not essential.
- Dispute and Complaint handling with a quick resolution
- Sales Support, assisting with quoting and invoicing, document management and reporting.
- General Administration, accounts receivables, payables, customer service, reporting, data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or programs, and the ability to develop proficiency with the inhouse corporate systems.
- Other duties as required.
