**Plumbing Scheduler**

PDR Plumbing is looking for an Plumbing Scheduler to join our team. PDR Plumbing is located at Everton Hills and services all of Brisbane.

The position provides an opportunity for someone to enjoy a stable position with job security, while working with a friendly close-knit team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments for our team of plumbers with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Update and maintain customer records in our database and scheduling software.
- Work closely with our plumbing team to ensure efficient scheduling and dispatching of jobs.
- Manage and maintain stock levels.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness warehouse.
- Receive stock and allocate stock.
- Assist with other administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a scheduling or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong proactive, organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a changing environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours are 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
