**Transport Allocator**

Our client is a Freight Forwarding and Transport company based in Ingleburn. They are looking for a Transport Allocator to be a part of their operations team. This role is to manage the day to day scheduling and allocating of fleet as well as ensure allocation and delivery of all FCL shipments within NSW.

**Day shift: 4am start**

**What's the job**:

- Day to day allocation of drivers and sub-contractors.
- Organising and scheduling of all NSW FCL jobs
- Handling all transport inquires
- Liaise with drivers and monitor fatigue
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure deadlines are met
- Utilising software's such as 1Stop, Cargowise and Container Chain.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with customer specifications
- Communicate with management regarding job progress and issues

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Experience in a similar role and industry
- Experience with wharf and containers advantageous
- Ability to work and lead in a team environment
- Basic understanding of Occupational Heath and Safety.
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
