Our client are a leading transport and logistics provider who are seeking a talented despatch administrator for their Ingleburn site.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in an organisation focused on superior customer service, training and development.
**Key requirements of the role**:
- Preparation of driver paperwork inclusive of pallet dockets, con notes, booking passports, dangerous goods documentation and others that maybe required.
- Communicating expectations and managing relationships with drivers and warehouse staff.
- Liaising with warehouse team to allocate vehicles to loading docks, ensuring load and despatch time targets are meet.
- Communicating and liaising with the drivers and completing run sheets
- Administration support for despatch department
- Filing and data entry
- Transport/ Logistics Background (highly desirable)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to problem solve and work in fast paced environment
- Intermediate MS/ EXCEL and Outlook skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Great organisation and time management skills
