About The Role

**Responsibilities**:
Your role as Project Coordinator will include, but not limited to the following:

- Developing project plans, managing stakeholder engagement, preparing project status reports for stakeholders, and escalating any key risks and issues requiring attention.
- Driving projects and initiatives through to completion this role will be responsible for ensuring key milestones within each project are met on time and within budget.
- Translate individual aspects of the Salvos Stores strategy into the scope, creation, management, and execution of projects, through to delivering the final product or outcome
- Analyse data to support the improvement of operational efficiency across our sites i.e., Excel data & key financial metrics
- Actively explore opportunities to source and implement process improvement and cost saving initiatives related to assigned projects
- Develop project solutions based on national, regional, or local services best aligned to the needs and expectations of Salvos Stores and The Salvation Army
- Source quotations, prepare board submissions and budgets for approval as required

About You

To be considered for this position, you will possess the following attributes:

- Proven experience supporting the delivery of projects to a timeline and budget, leveraging sound project management methods
- An action-oriented person with a demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and problem solve issues through to resolution in line with the agreed PMP
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence others to help achieve common project outcomes
- Exposure to not for profit and/or retail sectors
