Here at Kellanova we have an exciting opportunity to join our R&D team. As the manager of the Launch Project Team and reporting into the ANZ R&D Director, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of innovation projects for Kellanova across Australia and New Zealand. As a project expert, you will work with the LPM team to deliver a robust project management plan including implementation of relevant stage gates, S&OP meetings and that all associated reporting structures and processes are effective and adhered to by all relevant stakeholders.

- Build an engaged, effective, and highly collaborative LPM team in line with the Kellanova leadership competencies ensuring that the capability and performance of the team matches business requirements.
- Develop and maintain the innovation calendar, ensuring that the calendar matches the growth needs of the business.
- Ensure that all activities are delivered on time and that challenges and roadblocks are managed through effective risk mitigation and appropriate escalation.
- Own the complete innovation stage gate process including meeting administration, gate approval criteria, stakeholder training and process compliance.
- Lead and manage the monthly innovation stage gate meeting.
- Maintain project data management systems.
- Be a central member of the ANZ Extended Leadership Team working cross functionally to deliver strategic initiatives.

- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who has a passion for all things food and innovation. You will have experience managing multiple complex projects at one time, whilst leading and inspiring a team to ensure that the Kellanova innovation calendar is delivered on track and in the most impactful way.

More specifically we’re looking for the following skills, experience & attributes:

- A minimum of 5 years in a project management/delivery role.
- Tertiary qualification in either a science, engineering or business field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
- Significant experience managing multiple and complex projects.
- Previous experience within the food industry, preferably with an established FMCG business.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
