**About the role**
**Main tasks**: Respond to phone enquiries and act as the first point of contact for potential residents and their loved ones. You will share your knowledge and compassion to show the benefits of the home you represent.

**Other tasks**:

- **Positively** engage with all contacts you encounter on a day-to-day basis
- **Use** your knowledge of the aged care industry to communicate with stakeholders
- **Implement** successful customer service strategies to ensure correct information is conveyed
- **Monitor** site follow-up activity to support conversion activities from lead to customer
- **Track** incoming calls to ensure follow-up procedures are followed for the best
- **Support** the drafting of residential agreements to ensure that all financial information is provided
- **Collaborate** with your team to attract potential residents & converting them into customers
- **Manage** vacancy listings on digital channels
- **Work** closely with marketing to track and report on campaign results.

- Experience working within the aged care sector
- Success in previous customer experience or customer service roles

- A network of contacts to assist with referrals & community engagement
