Insurance Coordinator

Perpetual Private is seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator, that exceeds contract to work alongside our Advisors in providing effective Personal Insurance administration support. This role is focused on efficiency of procedures and accuracy of outputs enabling the teams to deliver strategy to our clients and provide a level of service that exceeds client expectations.

- Timely updating and record keeping of CRM with client and policy details - including monthly insurance policy renewal monitoring and updating.
- Document preparation for client meetings - insurance schedules, policy research, and other required review documentation.
- Policy alteration & advice implementation, as requested by clients and Advisers.
- Liaising with insurers and clients for all related enquiries.
- Managing and coordinating insurance claims.
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Ideally minimum 2 years’ experience in a personal risk insurance administration position.
- Strong initiative & willingness to learn.
- Effective time management, prioritising & organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail & excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Contributes to build & maintain a high-performance culture.
