As a National eBusiness Coordinator within our General Insurance business, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting Zurich, our broking partners and customers in the delivery and operation of market-leading technology platforms.

You will learn to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions; ensure the smooth use of our eBusiness systems; conduct market facing discussions and training and assist in the successful transition of new products onto various platforms into the market.

To be successful in this role you will have a learning mindset, an ability to assess and interpret information, the capability to manage stakeholder relationships and a customer centric focus.

You will need strong communication skills to provide effective delivery of issue management and process enhancement. You will need to be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be provided with a comprehensive induction training programme and ongoing support from an experienced team.
