**Key Responsibilities**:
This position plays an important role in supporting the organisation and customers to effectively prepare for, adjust to and operate in an NDIS framework.

The role will undertake a wide range of duties that may include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Help assist manage and coordinate customer intake and on-boarding processes leading to the development of Service Agreements and Schedules of Support
- Maintain NDIA and NDIS legislative standards and compliance requirements as well as policy and procedures
- Accurate record keeping, data analysis and periodic reports reflecting service growth and participant/stakeholder engagement
- Ensure that person centred plans and schedules of support meet the needs of the NDIA planning process
- Coordinate the provision of evidence to the NDIA that customer support has been provided
- Foster strong working relationships to ensure the customer journey is seamless and focused on enhancing customers’ lives
- Cultivate organisational knowledge and understanding of NDIS requirements and practices as well as local and regional industry changes to ensure that processes and practices for customer engagement and retention are compatible with actual customer need and objectives.
- Identify staff training required to meet identified customer needs and legislative compliance

**Stakeholder Relationships**
- Demonstrate strong customer service standards and create ongoing relationships with families, clients, and other organisations
- Ensure regular and timely communication with families/ carers/ support workers as required
- Work with disability support workers, managers, and other key staff to support operational functions and engagement activities

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Current Queensland Driver’s License
- Yellow card
- Blue card
- Current police check
- NDIS worker orientation module

**Selection Criteria**:

- Knowledge of Age Care and NDIS highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage telephone and face to face enquiries in a cordial, professional and helpful manner.
- Working understanding of person-centred practices
- A positive attitude towards people with disabilities and the willingness to work within the Code of Conduct to meet participants needs.
- Demonstrated computer skills including proficient use of MS Office Applications and databases.
- Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and willingness to assist team members with work activities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
