**OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR - Join us and do good work**
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team at Alex Fraser.
As an Operations Administrator, you will play a cruicial role in supporting the smooth and effecient functioning of our operaional teams.
**In your new role you will be**:
- Administration of production budget in relation to monthly cost reporting process
- Undertake administration control (cost/timeline reporting) of operational projects
- Act as the document controller for the QMS (ISO9001) including organisation and minute taking of meetings
- Administration of Monthly Production Meetings and preparation of monthly reports
- Prepare and circulate daily Production Report
- Creation of site Purchase Orders
- Maintain CAMS compliance (Contractor Administration Management System)
- CheckProof administrative tasks as required including maintaining asset list, ongoing development of checklists and circulating lists of open/overdue defects to site personnel
- Manage Medicals Register and return to work bookings
- Data gathering (Hazard notifications, Near hit reporting, Safety conversation tracking, Health and Safety plan Leading Indicator reporting)
- Organising and scheduling training and booking of trainers and locations
- PPE product ordering - e.g. signage, when at sites
- Act as First Aid Officer for the office
- Arrange and book online travel requirements, corporate events and KPI reporting
- Payroll processing assistance at sites documentation gathering for HR related claims
**This role is great fit for you if you**:
- Proven excellence in administrative support roles, preferrably in operations
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with budget tracking
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude
