We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team at Unichome. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our long-term leasing, short-term leasing, and furniture leasing departments. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company in the leasing industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the long-term leasing, short-term leasing, and furniture leasing departments
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leases and rental agreements
- Assist in coordinating property showings and tenant screenings
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with lease preparation, renewal, and termination processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in the leasing industry is a plus
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Mandarin Speaking and Writing is Must.
