We're seeking a highly motivated **Administrator **to shine in this varied and fast-paced role which is essential to the smooth operations of our business. Gaining broad exposure to our diverse organisation, you will work with the Business Groups within our Property & Buildings market, giving you high visibility and the potential to make your mark on our growing business.

You will be positive and flexible in your approach to work with excellent attention to detail. In return for your experience, we’ll support your professional development by mentoring and coaching you to further strengthen your admin skills.

**Working as part of Victoria’s administration team in the Melbourne office, this position has great variety and will see you**:

- Provide administration support to staff including document preparation with letters, proposals, reports and marketing collateral
- Responsible for proof reading, formatting, collating information and QA checks of documents
- Coordinating team and project meetings - including room bookings, catering, preparing meeting presentations, agendas and taking of minutes
- Proposals - assist with bid preparation and submission, completing tender schedules, staff CVs and pen pics
- Marketing collateral - capability statements, case studies, custom documents, graphics and organisation charts
- General administration tasks as required

- Experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work both independently with limited supervision and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
- A strong focus on customer service and delivering outcomes
