- Ignite are looking to hear from experienced Service Desk Analysts and Desktop Support Technicians for one of our government clients.
- Location: Canberra (Interstate applicants will be considered)
- Duration: ASAP until March 2024 with extension possibilities.
- Citizenship Requirements: Must be Australian Citizen - A minimum baseline clearance is mandatory**Desktop Support Technician x15**:

- Incident management & request fulfillment for the client's end user devices.
- Manage queues via cutting-edge service management tool.
- Windows OS & Office 365 admin with troubleshooting prowess.
- Provide face-to-face user support including VIP staff.
- Contribute to Knowledge Base development.
- Collaborate with Tier 1 & 3 teams for comprehensive solutions.
- Enhance departmental productivity through videoconferencing support.
