One of Australia’s leading **Federal Government Departments** is looking to engage a skilled and experienced **IT Support / Service Desk Analyst **to join their multidisciplinary team based in their **Canberra office**. The successful **IT Support / Service Desk Analyst **will assist their Digital Governance team to deliver an accessible intranet program of work. The successful **IT Support / Service Desk Analyst **will secure a **12-month contract **with **2x 12-month** **extension options** with a **rewarding pay rate.**

The successful **IT Support / Service Desk Analyst **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Solving issues with desktops, printing, and scanning.
- Managing documentation at the completion of incident resolution.
- Creating user guides and knowledge base articles.

The successful **IT Support / Service Desk Analyst **will have experience in the following:

- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory including user account administration.
- Prior experience in a similar role would be desired.
