Are you looking to take the next step in your career by sharing your insurance expertise to coach and support Recovery consultants to deliver a great customer experience?
- **We’re seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our National Motor Team as a Customer Advisor to support a team of Recovery Officers with **the aim of maximising Allianz recovery income.**

**What you should expect**

The role will provide you with a significant level of autonomy and in this we are seeking those with a proactive approach to their work. You will be working with a team of dedicated Customer Advisors that aim to improve outcomes and processes to allow the continual development of our Motor claims staff and enhance the overall experience for our Customers.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Managing internal and external customer relationships
- Anticipate and provide solutions to our customer’s needs
- Supporting a team of Recovery officers with the aim of maximising Allianz recovery income
- Review claims through different avenues and report on required improvements
- Monitor quality of work reflected within the claim, capturing all necessary details
- Understand and interpret Allianz policies and procedures

You will bring an ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across our business divisions. You are known for your strong customer focused solutions. In addition, you will be valued for:

- Extensive experience in claims handling, managing Recovery and/or complex Motor claims
- Knowledge of the laws relating to Debt Collection, Liability and Insurance
- A passion for customer service including effective management of Internal and External Stakeholders
- Prior experience in coaching others for success
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- ANZIIF/Industry equivalent qualifications (desirable)
- Possess knowledge of the Insurance Contracts Act, Insurance & Brokers Act, ASIC Debt Collection Guidelines and the Code of Practice,
