Part-time Digital Marketing Manager

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Segment database for targeted campaigns
- Analyze campaign results and provide insights
**2. Social Media Management**:
- Create engaging content for various platforms
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Inbound and outbound engagement
- Monitor and report on social media metrics
**3. Webinar Program Implementation**:
- Execute marketing plans for webinar programs
- Promote webinars through various channels
- Track and report on webinar performance
**4. Copywriting**:
- Produce high-quality content for various marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications
**5. Visual Asset Creation**:
- Design and prepare visual assets for marketing campaigns
- Maintain a library of marketing collateral
**6. Sales Support**:
- Develop marketing collateral to support the sales team
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with sales goals
**7. Content Marketing**:
- Develop and manage a content calendar
- Create blog posts, articles, and other content to drive inbound marketing
**8. Marketing Analytics**:
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics
**9. Brand Management**:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create visually appealing social media graphics and visual assets
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
**Key Performance Indicators**:
- Leads generated for the sales team
- Social media engagement metrics
- Client retention rates
