Your unique contribution

The Export Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with Pernod Ricard’s international (Export) customers as well as internal stakeholders; ensuring a high level of support and customer service is always provided. The position manages the operational requirements of exporting of wine from Australia & NZ, including compliance with all legislative requirements and management of commercial documentation.

You will add value to the team through:
- Processing of orders as received by our customers for your relevant markets- Liaison with customers on availability of stock and despatch of orders as well as any other problems/queries- Work with relevant stakeholders including freight forwarders, production planning & warehouse to ensure stock is available and product is packed to meet customer orders on time and in full- Management of commercial documentation, ie invoice, certificate of origin, bill of lading- Respond promptly to customers queries, proactively escalating any concerns- Attend monthly calls with the S&OP team to review the market performance, open orders & shipments- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of export processes

Experience using BSM or JD Edwards would be an advantage- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills- Keen attention to detail- Proficiency in identifying and investigating potential causes of problems, as well as formulating viable solutions
