**We are looking for a customer service representative to join our clients team**
Our client is an award winning specialist insurer looking for someone who can promote the value of their products to a panel of broker partners. You will utilise expertise, customer service and interpersonal skills in order to profitably grow revenue and market share whilst servicing existing accounts. You will be part of a vibrant team with an excellent culture who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Promote the value proposition of our client to a designated panel of broker partners
- Actively negotiate customer outcomes to achieve financial targets
- Manage activities within designated timeframes

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (either face to face or phone based)
- Driven to achieve and provide exceptional experiences for customers
- Strong problem solving skills with a desire to get the best outcome for the customer and your employer
- Systems savvy and details focused
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, cope with pressure, prioritise workload and meet agreed timelines
