What you’ll contribute to
An excellent opportunity has come up for an Administration Assistant who is primarily responsible for supporting Regional Operations by liaising with the Dealer Network and Regional Senior Management coordinating divisional functions, ensuring they are optimally supported in their role, thus enabling them to deliver their strategic goals and achieve divisional objectives.
The role is part of Field Operations which is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of vehicle sales, fleet, aftersales, marketing, Dealer relationships and local franchise development activities to bullet proof the Dealer network and achieve customer satisfaction.
This is a Max term role until August 2025 and is based at Sydney Olympic Park.
How you’ll make an impact- Event Management/ Planning:_ Support the coordination of Dealer Network social events to support the Dealer Network in the achievement of TMCA sales targets and objectives- Stakeholder Management:_ Act as a key contact for stakeholders with respect to Dealer Network communication.- Communications Specialist: _Responsible for developing and maintaining communication standards, including implementing communication pieces using various channels.- Dealer Coordination:_ Support the coordination of Dealer Network Business forums, including Dealer visits, Dealer Principal Meetings and Dealer training with relevant internal and external stakeholders.- Business As usual activities: _Maintain day-to-day operational matters of the division by liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to divisional business activities and provides advice on behalf of the Senior Manager where appropriate. Resolves any queries and issues and escalates matters to minimise risk.
