**About the Role**:
In this full-time, permanent Client Services Administrator position, you will provide administration support to Pulse Anaesthetists and ensure all patients have exceptional patient experiences across all interactions.

**Duties**:

- Manage doctors' schedules and patient appointments
- Maintain accurate data entry of patient details
- Provide fee information and collect prepayments
- Liaise with surgeon’s rooms, day surgery centres, and hospitals
- Address patient inquiries and appointment questions

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated administration experience
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Calm and personable demeanour
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience managing a high volume of calls
- Highly organised and thrive in a busy environment
- Strong Team player
