We are seeking a highly motivated Evaluator to join the Implementation and Impact unit, working in a multidisciplinary team to?strengthen high-quality delivery of evidence-based support to school leaders and teachers.

The Evaluator designs instruments to collect primary qualitative and quantitative data for multiple high profile workstreams within the directorate.

We are seeking an experienced **Evaluator** with:

- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with evaluation methodologies.
- Experience designing evaluation instruments and conducting fieldwork, in a business environment.
- Ability to understand the context of a program and the ability to prepare clear plans to execute evaluation methodologies in a time-constrained environment.
