Customer Service Representative

**Customer Service Representative**:

- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:_
- Meet deadlines with customer responses, task management software deadlines and task requirements.
- Approach all customer interactions at a high quality to deliver an exceptional customer service experience that is consistent with our brand service standards.
- Build customer relationships through preparation, attention to detail, efficiency in the customer contact time and how you follow up.
- Report and document preparation - typing, collating, editing.
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments.
- Receives and screens telephone calls, letters and visitors for the office.
- Maintains a level of confidentiality when dealing with important information.
- Liaising with joint venture partners and stakeholders at all levels.
- Business errands may include stationery and office supply orders, AusPost parcel drop-off and collection.
- SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:_
- Computer literacy and communication etiquette across all communication platforms are required.
- Ability to manage at both the strategic and operational levels, taking control of customer experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate the Banana Home brand and what we stand for.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Capacity to work independently and proactively.
- Keen to take on new opportunities and challenges, with a passion to continue to develop and grow.

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
