**About the role**

As a Claims Advisor, you will manage claims in a pool based environment to ensure our injured clients receive the appropriate treatment and services. In this fast paced and varied role, you will manage the provisions of medical and rehabilitation services whilst engaging with stakeholders including clients, service providers and key internal stakeholders.

**What we’re looking for**

**Strong written and verbal communication**
- You will have an ability to communicate with clients, lead great conversations and provide the right solutions within a legislative framework._

**Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions**
- Demonstrated ability to make timely and accurate liability claims management decisions in line with the claims management delegation._
