**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders within the store and across the business to co-ordinate facilities management, administration tasks and WHS.
- Perform and supervise all tasks related to cash management
- Advocate of WHS to support a safe environment for workers, contractors and customers
- Ensuring completion and maintenance of documentation, minutes to meetings and training records
- Support company initiatives related to sustainability
- Coordinate required contractor services within the store
- Overseeing facilities contractors to ensure a safe and clean environment for our customers to shop and our people to work
- Work with the team to ensure we deliver seamless service to every customer
- Ensure our customers are the central consideration of all decisions, processes and procedures
