**About the role**

Are you a proactive leader who thrives on driving efficiency, building strong teams and delivering outstanding results? We’re on the hunt for a Delivery Manager to take charge of our Underground Program and lead a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll ensure our processes, systems and resources are aligned to meet deadlines, budgets and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Managing Works Ready Coordinators, Crew Leaders, Field Staff and Schedulers
- Delivering allocated work programs on time and on budget
- Managing risks and safety issues
- Maximising field resources and equipment utilisation
- Leading, supervising and mentoring teams

**About You**

Your role will be pivotal in managing and mentoring a diverse team, optimising resource utilisation and driving continuous improvement to eliminate operational hurdles. You’ll be the linchpin that ensures our people are engaged, our goals are clear and our performance exceeds expectations. You will also possess the following skills and attributes:

- A minimum 5 years working knowledge of construction, maintenance, planning / scheduling work and operational techniques and standard as applied to electrical networks
- An excellent understanding of HSEQ issues as they relate to the Electrical Supply Industry
- Proven experience in managing complex programs and leading diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of underground and electrical distribution networks.
