**About Us**
Premier Disability Care Services provides accommodation and support for people living with a disability. We specialise in transitioning people from hospital to their forever home as well as Supported Independent Living. We provide support within our 22 serviced apartment complex in Brunswick and various facilities across the state. We are redefining the way NDIS supports are delivered and filling the cap in disability accommodation and high-level disability care.
**About the Role**
As an innovator in the disability care space, we are looking for a dedicated and professional administration officer that can manage competing priorities and work autonomously while remaining focused on administrative duties.
**The Duties**
- Data entry and records management in BREVITY
- Assist in the creation of participant care schedules and rostering in BREVITY
- Coordinate orders for PPE, stationary and office resources
- Call providers about outstanding accounts
- Participant and senior management calendar creation and management
**About You**
- You will have significant experience in administration/reception duties, a pleasant phone manner and the ability to communicate well with people from various backgrounds
- You will need to demonstrate strong experience in the knowledge and use of the BREVITY client management system
- You will need to be confident in approaching providers to query outstanding accounts
- You will have meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- You will have the ability to manage competing priorities and a professional approach to time management
- You will be able to work autonomously and have the ability to attend our Brunswick head office for meetings, training and check-in days

**The Requirements**
Employment with Premier Disability Care Services is dependent on staff having and maintaining the following:
- NDIS worker Screening Check (Pass)
- National Police Clearance (Less than 3 months old)
- International Police Clearance (If required)
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia (International Students considered)
- Fluent and clear command of the English language
- Strong knowledge and experience in BREVITY software
- References supporting your ability to fulfil the requirements of this role
