**Overview**: We are currently seeking a skilled Learning and Development Administrator for a temporary position at the ASO2 level within a South Australian Government Department. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficient and proactive administrative and training coordination support of the Organisational Development team, ensuring compliance with service and legislative requirements.

**Duties**: The Learning and Development Administrator will be responsible for:

- Managing the shared mailbox, escalating requests as required.
- Assisting with the coordination of training opportunities for staff, including coordinating and booking training rooms.
- Monitoring continuing professional development (CPD) requirements for staff through the maintenance of appropriate documentation.
- Keeping mandatory training records up to date and recording training attendance.
- Providing reports and spreadsheets on the quality and success of training activities.
- Maintaining training information provided to staff, utilising SharePoint to ensure information on the intranet is up to date.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Objective records management system.
- ANZ/EMS Card management system.
- QBT booking system.
- BASWARE e-Procurement system (processing invoices).
