An
**Office Coordinator. **This developer works with some of the most well-known Architects & Designers from across the Globe, taking inspiration from the world's most iconic buildings and cities to construct high-end residential properties.
Your role will be based in both of the stunning South Yarra offices supporting the wider team. You will report to the Executive Assistant and will have lots of variety in managing the front-of-house and offering admin support.
**Duties**
- Attending and organising the set up of display suites on behalf of the company
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new starters
- Supporting the finance team with expense claims and invoicing
- Maintaining the kitchen, office and office supplies
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Other ad-hoc duties
**Skills & Experience**
- At least two years of reception experience or experience within a similar role
- Strong IT skills
- High attention to detail
- Warm and friendly approach
- High level of Personal and professional standards
