**Your Role**:
Chubb partners (outsources) with external claims management organizations or TPA (Third Party Administrators) to assist in managing claims start to finish in specific situations. As the Claims TPA Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Claims Operations (A&NZ) and will manage and facilitate Chubb Claims TPA outsourcing relationships. You will participate in the onboarding, insourcing &/or transitioning of TPA onto Chubb specific system, processes and guidelines; and provide regular updates to Chubb internal stakeholders, Chubb Claims team and TPAs to ensure smooth functioning of TPAs while maintaining rigor in claims service Chubb is known for by assisting & resolving blockers.

Your Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Chubb TPA framework - Plan, coordinate and assist in onboarding, insourcing & transitioning of Claims TPAs
Interact with multiple business partners (Underwriting, Claims, Internal Audit,TPAs, Vendors, Accounts, Legal & Compliance etc.).
Facilitate review of Claims Outsourcing Agreements and Claims Best Practice guidelines
Ensure due diligence (Financial and other risks) is performed prior to TPA onboarding
Review and determine appropriate delegated authority limits for TPAs
Engage and maintain relationship with Chubb and TPAs partners
Review and manage TPA for their performance, standard and efficiency
Participate and Facilitate regular claims TPA audits, present findings and ensure actions are resolved
Identify opportunities to streamline/improve operational TPA processes
Review, document and maintain various artefacts associated with TPAs onboarding e.g. legal, operational, best practice document etc.
Conduct systems and process trainings to Claims TPA staff and act as first line of contact for TPA day to day queries, issues and any other requests
Reporting and Data analysis to monitor, track and review TPA performance; prepare reports for internal & external audits

**Qualifications**:
Your Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in General Insurance Claims, and lifecycle of claim is must
Experience in Property, Strata, home or content claims management is huge plus
Business acumen skills and understanding of the fundamental components of a claims department’s operation and its associated data
Should have good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to interact with Sr. Stakeholders internally and externally
Knowledge of GICOP and other insurance regulatory, risk and compliance are desired
Understanding of NZ fair works regulations is plus
Able to articulate Insurance business flows into process flows, requirements and data flows
Stakeholder Management; Expectation management and able to interact and adept based on the stakeholders
Able to present in front of a group - external/internal; run workshops etc.
Good hands-on experience in office productivity tools is must
- Excel - Use of functions, Pivots, Charts, Data analysis;
- Word, PowerPoint, Visio - Basic flow, swim lanes, system prototypes etc.

Should be able to documentation of system and data flows and articulate in simple manner to different stakeholders
