**About the role**:
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communications and Change Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Communications and Change Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's objectives and promoting a positive culture. This position involves providing technical expertise, policy advice, and operational support in relation to complex problems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop internal and external communications materials, including executive and ministerial correspondence, presentations, reports, and intranet content.
- Design, implement, evaluate, and communicate change management plans and requirements, proposing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Consult, influence, and advise project stakeholders on effective change management strategies and communication approaches for various audiences.
- Support capital works delivery by providing communication and change support, streamlining team communication processes.
- Identify, assess, and report communication and change risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Assist internal stakeholders in collating information and preparing responses to inquiries.

**About you**:

- Strong experience in developing and delivering internal and external communications materials.
- Proven expertise in change management, including developing change plans and facilitating organizational transitions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Sound knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional writing skills, and ability to produce high-quality communications materials.

Work Environment:

- The role primarily operates in an open office environment but may occasionally involve remote work.
- The position requires adaptability to changing workloads, competing priorities, and occasional work interruptions.
- There may be periods of sitting at a desk, extensive phone usage, and face-to-face interactions.
- The role may involve attending meetings and working at various geographical locations.
