We are looking for a HR Generalist to be based in Sydney to work at an operational level to assist the Head of People and Culture to implement an effective people strategy, ensuring we build and maintain a culture enabling us to attract, retain and develop top talents in a white-hot market.

What You Will Do
- Work with the Head of People and Culture and MD to maintain an inclusive, equitable, supportive, collaborative, and high-performance culture
- Assist to manage the full employee lifecycle for a team of around 30-40 employees: talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, people development etc
- Coordinate all event management arrangements, including conferences, industry events, meetings, corporate hospitality and social and team building functions

What You Bring
- Bachelor or Master of Business, majoring in Human Resources or 3-5 years of equivalent relevant HR experience
- Experience and skills in talent acquisition and employer branding with experience in a technical competitive market beneficial
- Knowledge of ER/IR laws, Awards, the Fair Work Act, employment contracts, NES beneficial
- Knowledge of payroll tax, STI, Super and FBT obligations beneficial
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
