Front Office Receptionist

Arundel, Australia Exp Plastics Pty Ltd Full time

Permanent front office position at Arundel in a small team in a plastic fabrication business. The position would suit an experienced, mature front office person who is customer focused wanting to work in a small busy business that could help the team in busier times with varied duties within the factory.

Hours Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am to 2pm, hours could be slightly negotiable depending on personal circumstances but 5 days a week is a must up to 36 hours. All work is based onsite within a varying factory environment.

Remuneration to be in line with demonstrated skills and proficiency.

The duties will include but not limited to:

- Customer service, point of contact with all customers
- Quoting and answering enquires
- Sorting deliveries and collections of orders
- Collecting customer payments
- General front office duties and data entry
- Small jobs in the factory if busy eg. peeling, packing orders

The ideal person will have the following skills:

- Excellent customer service skills and attention to details
- Maths and fluent English skills (speaking and writing)
- Experienced in Microsoft Office 360 general excel, one drive and outlook programs
- Demonstrate accurate & concise communication skills with both staff and clients (must be fluent in English), ability to deal with a variety of personalities
- Ability to function well under pressure and problem solve
- Capability to follow a system and learn new skills
- Ability to consider all options / angles in any given situation
- Live locally
- Knowledge of social media programs advantageous but not necessary

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 36 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
