**About the role**:
The **HR Coordinator** is a full-time permanent position, based at our North Ryde Office. Reporting into the HR Manager - M&I, the core responsibilities of this role will be the timely & efficient reviewing of timecards for 3 sites across NSW & QLD and providing HR administrative support across the broader Human resources team.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensuring between 80-90 timecards have been correctly input into Kronos time & attendance on a weekly basis.
- Interpreting payroll & HR related data.
- Supporting the HR manager and HR Business partners directly.
- Coordinating and organisation training sessions across the business.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
- Support other functions as assigned.
- Coordinator HR related activities and projects where required.
- Generate, interpret and communicate reports for the M&I HR team.
- Support M&I HR team with administration and coordination activities where required.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a HR related role.
- Inquisitive and driven to develop your skills further.
- Hold a proactive approach to your work and be adaptable to change and new processes.
