**What you’ll be doing**
As the Human Resources Business Partner your duties will include:

- Serving as a consultant to your client group, interpreting HR policies and legislation, coaching and supporting leaders on the full range of people related matters, change management and IR queries.
- Work in partnership with management teams to identify the people implications of strategic and business plans and other developments.
- As we are on a journey of continuous improvement, you will contribute to policy reviews, project work and drive new initiatives.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Works as part of a collaborative team where the focus is on HR providing the highest quality service to our customers including assisting other team members when required.

Qualification/s and/or Certifications
- Tertiary qualification in HR and/or experience in a HR Generalist level role (mandatory)
- AHRI certification, or working towards (desirable)

**Who you’ll be working with**
The HR team are an extraordinary bunch, dynamic and flexible ready to jump in wherever we are needed. There are over 30 fabulous members of the HR team, including HSW, Payroll, Workforce Relations, Volunteers, Talent Acquisition, Inclusion and Diversity and Learning and Development and Org Development. Each of these areas has adapted to the changing conditions of COVID-19 restrictions, staffing and workplace requirements.
