**About you**

Are you an experienced veterinary nurse seeking a dynamic role? Or do you have experience in policy, pet claims, or claims management, known for your customer focus and meticulousness? You excel in managing professional relationships and thrive in fast-paced environments. With strong organisational skills, you're adept at both independent work and team collaboration.

Driven by providing top-notch customer service, you manage pet insurance claims with efficiency and attention to detail. Working closely with a diverse team across different regions, you'll set claim strategies, uphold service standards, and provide support as needed. Your proactive approach and financial acumen will be invaluable in meeting customer expectations and team goals.

**Your new role**

Customers will look to you for exceptional service and support during their time of need. Leading with empathy and compassion, you'll manage their expectations about how their claim will be handled and develop strategies for each claim based on complexity and our claims processes.

In professionally managing your own portfolio of pet insurance claims, you'll be proactive and customer-centric while maintaining a financial focus. You'll uphold our claims guidelines and service standards.

Your team will rely on you for additional support when needed, such as training or workload assistance. Additionally, you'll help maintain collaborative relationships not just within your immediate team but also with other internal stakeholder groups across the business.
