**Description**:
The CRM Administrator is responsible for supporting the Head of Operations in all administrative duties required in the administration and operation of the Star Aviation business nationally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage Ground Service equipment (GSE), operational vehicle registrations, lease/rental agreements and licences nationally
- Oversee and manage all Airport Operating (and similar) licences to ensure compliance
- Manage and maintain all existing and future supplier and lease contracts
- Collation, creation and upkeep of client presentation packs to support all existing and future Operational contract management meetings
- Loading of relevant training documents into the relevant systems such as The Runway (once approved by the Training and Development Manager)
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested by your Manager

- Previous Business administration experience - essential
- MS Office/Dynamics experience - essential
