**What you’ll be doing**

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) plays an integral role in organising product launches and feature releases. They are cognizant with competitors, and well-versed about our customer. Building close connections with both Product and Customer-facing teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- The delivery of strategy
- Internal and external product communications, messaging and value propositions
- Leading go-to-markets
- Influencing product adoption
- Enabling customer facing teams
- Providing customer feedback loops to support product delivery.

The function contributes to delivering opportunities for up-sell, cross-sell, acquisition and retention initiatives and campaigns.

**Who we're looking for**

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
- 1 to 4 years' experience in a software/ or B2B SaaS marketing role (preferred, but not essential)
- 5+ years product marketing, product or campaign management experience i.e. planning, developing, and executing on marketing campaigns.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and sales teams to launch campaigns in market
- Proven ability to create content that translates technical concepts into value-focused messaging that resonates with customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and as part of a team to manage projects to completion

As a Product Marketing Manager we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:

- Established relationships with cross-functional teams
- Developed product and industry knowledge
- Contributing to base-level product marketing campaigns

Within 3 months and beyond:

- Creating and delivering on Product Marketing Strategies
- Leading GTM / Campaigns and supporting wider team initiatives
- Contributing to research and analysis
