THE ROLE

A key objective of the GRA is to develop distinctive, connected and career-focused graduate research programs, which meet individual researcher needs and support employability. We will be enhancing opportunities for internships and innovative industry linked graduate research programs and growing our international partnerships with leading universities worldwide to support joint PhDs and international experiences for graduate researchers.

Selection Criteria- A degree or progress towards a degree with significant relevant experience, or extensive experience and management expertise in the student administration field, or a combination of relevant experience and/or education and/or training in a field of University administration.- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills in order to liaise, consult, negotiate and influence a wide range of people at all levels within the organisation.- Demonstrated effectiveness in promoting a client-focused approach to the delivery and management of services.- Demonstrated project management skills with an ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high quality outcomes in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.-
- Understanding of the current national and international research training landscape and the higher education sector.- Excellent computing and presentation skills including a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programs
