- **12 month Fixed Term Opportunity**:
- **Create and shape engaging content to attract and influence your target market**:
- **Work with experienced Talent strategists, recruiters, marketers and content specialists**
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Work with Marketing Agencies, suppliers and channel owners to create targeted content across digital and off-line channels
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all related content aligns to the People & Safety strategy, Content & Digital strategy and Corporate Brand
- Produce, coordinate, and edit career website pages and other Recruitment Marketing content to ensuring it meets user and business objectives in line with purpose and strategies
- Develop new engaging content, and optimise existing content, to ensure pages are consistently fresh and relevant; to promote key messages, the EVP and calls to actions
- Leveraging CX and performance insights, create and manage content relating to Talent Sourcing and Attraction strategies, including alignment to Diversity and Inclusion and People and Capability Strategies, as well as Corporate wide strategies.
**About you**:
We are looking for someone with experience in marketing and agency relationships to bring campaigns to life, as well as strong copywriting and editing skills. You will be organised with strong soft-project management skills and able to multi-task to meet deadlines. You will work across multiple teams while managing your own priorities. Your friendly personality and excellent communication skills will be key to working effectively with a variety of stakeholders within the corporation.
