- **The Opportunity**

Work on an A-Grade asset in Melbourne CBD for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall. This role will see you manage one asset, manage capex projects and compliance / risk management. This role will see you work independently with a high level of autonomy.
- Oversee building operations and deliver efficient and cost-effective management of a dedicated commercial portfolio
- Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the portfolio.
- Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services; tenant liaison and contractor management.
- Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.
- Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting.

**About you**
- Demonstrated Facilities Management experience on commercial, industrial or retail assets
- The high level of autonomy in this role will suit someone who likes working in a fast paced environment and has good multi tasking skills
- A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural
- The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
