**The role**

The Administration Support Officer is responsible for providing a great experience and sound communication with customers and stakeholders in an ECH Property and Retirement Living setting. The role provides support and services to our residents so they are able to stay who they are where they are, in a supportive semi-independent setting.

- Administrative support and correspondence
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and in person
- Communicating with staff and residents in a professional manner
- Contributing towards improved service delivery and growth

**You will need**:

- COVID-19 vaccination (including booster if eligible)

- A current police check
- A certificate in business or experience in administration
