Double Bay, Australia Metro Commercial Partners Pty Ltd Full time

We are a boutique commercial real estate company with an impeccable reputation based in Double Bay. We primarily assist our clients in the management, sales and leasing of their commercial property assets.

We are looking for a well presented, well-spoken individual. Above all you will be highly motivated and customer service orientated.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role
- Strong professional knowledge
- Good communication and presentation
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Current Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence & own your own car

**Your Role will include**:

- Generation of sales & leasing leads
- Conducting inspections
- Listing preparation
- Database Management

Sales support included

We are a close team with an open book policy. The successful applicant must be a team player and be able to demonstrate the willingness to learn, sound admin skills and the ability & hunger to succeed.

**Salary**: $44,571.62 - $148,207.85 per year
