About the Role As the **Legal Office Manager**, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Team Management**: Supervise the receptionist and administrative team, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- **Finance**: Oversee finance reporting, trust accounting, and provide back up support to Accounts when required.
- **Human Resources**: Manage performance reviews, recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
- **Marketing**: Work alongside the marketing team to refine strategies and explore new initiatives.
- **Process Improvement**: Streamline office processes, develop precedents and policies, and ensure compliance.
- **File Management**: Collaborate with solicitors on efficient management of legal files.
- Previosu experience as an Office Manager in a Law fimr is required. Ideally 5 yrs.
- Experience in **legal trust accounting** and knowledge of Queensland Law Society regulations.
- **Leadership skills** with the ability to drive energy and create a positive culture.
- **Strong communication and organisational abilities** to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A **proactive approach** to improving processes and supporting the firm’s continued growth.
- Experience and understanding in areas of law such as Property / Commercial Litigation.
