**About the Opportunity**:
Recruiting for an exciting Conveyancing Paralegal role based in the Gold Coast office. This position arises from the growth in our client's Property practice, presenting a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional like yourself to make a substantial impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Skilfully draft legal documents, including agreements and other pertinent materials.
- Serve as the primary contact for conveyancing/commercial client legal inquiries, managing matters from inception to completion.
- Conduct meticulous searches.
- Ensure all special conditions in contracts are detailed before settlement.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven expertise as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
- Ideally, familiarity with other Australian jurisdictions.
