Our Client is a reputable and dynamic law firm based on the Gold Coast. With a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services to their clients, they are dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment for their winning team.

**The Opportunity**

As a Legal Receptionist / Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a professional image and providing outstanding customer service. You will also provide administrative support to the legal team, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage conference rooms, and meeting schedules for lawyers and clients
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a professional services firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Trust account knowledge highly advantageous
