**A little bit about us**
The Financial Operations Section within the Business Services Branch supports the Department achieve its business goals by providing internal services, support and advice across procurement, grants, accounts, credit cards, travel and financial framework functions. The Business Services Branch within Finance, Governance, Budget and Business Services Division also includes the SAP Services team, and the Project Support Office.
**The opportunity we have available**
The role is located in the Financial Operations Section of the Business Services Branch. The position reports to the Accounts Payable Team Leader. The Financial Operations Section is responsible for the effective delivery of support services associated with the operation and management of the Department’s accounts processing activities, including the Accounts Payable functions, travel and credit cards and financial frameworks.
**What will you do?**
The duties of the position are as follows:
- Manage helpdesk queries
- Actions invoices received
- Assist with reporting and update registers
- Creating payrun proposals
- Action returned remittances and follow-up statements received
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as directed by Team leaders
